Section 6: On-Call Coverage
On-call coverage is an integral part of the RA position. Many may view being on-call as a way to discourage and confront policy violations, however, it is more about community development. Being on-call is much more than just doing rounds in the building. It should be a time for you to meet and greet the residents in your building, to invite your residents down to the RA office or lounge to hang out and to be a visible member of the building community.
