Flock Leaders are current students trained to support and guide new students during orientation and their first few blocks at Cornell.

Flock leaders facilitate a peer group of 8-16 first years to help them get to know other students and show them how to get involved at Cornell. Flock Leaders help new students make a successful transition to Cornell. Flock Leaders meet with their group several times each day during New Student Orientation (NSO) and continue to check on their peer group members (PGMs) throughout the first three blocks to make sure they are connected to services, resources, and friends.
