Mindfulness Resources

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is paying attention non-judgmentally in the present moment, especially to one's thoughts and feelings, with curiosity, courage and compassion.

Practicing mindfulness can help reduce stress and increase happiness. You can practice anywhere, and for as much or as little time as works for you!

The resources listed on this webpage are tools you can use to help you learn how to be more mindful. Try as many as you like until you find the ones that work best for you.
