What is Stellic?
Stellic is a degree management tool that allows you and your advisor to track your progress in real time as you complete your degree and major requirements, plan coursework, and take ownership of your academic success at Cornell.
When will you use it?
Any time you want to check on your academic progress. More importantly, it's a great tool to prepare for meetings with your Academic Advisor to make sure you have talking points to make the most of your conversations.
How to log in:
Username: Self-Service Username (e.g. JDoe@cornellcollege.edu

What can I do in Stellic?
- Track your progress towards completing your degree and major/minor requirements.
- Search for classes that meet degree, major, and minor requirements.
- Try out new majors and minors.
- Communicate with your advisor(s) and Registrar staff.
If I add a major or minor in My Planner, is it official?
No. Adding a major or minor in My Planner does not add it to your official records or transcript. You will still need to submit a major declaration card (signed by your academic advisor) to the Registrar’s Office to make a change official.
Can I register for classes in Stellic?
No. Stellic is only intended to track your progress and help you create a plan. Actual course registration still takes place via Self-Service.
I just made a change to my schedule or declared a new major or minor. When will this change be reflected in Stellic?
Stellic updates daily, so any changes made should be reflected in Stellic the following day.
How can I ask my advisor or Registrar staff to review my academic plan?
Click the envelope icon at the top right of your profile to send a message to your advisor or Registrar staff:
What if my degree, major, or minor requirements in Stellic seem incorrect?
Please email registrar@cornellcollege.edu to ask for clarification - Stellic can be customized for major and minor requirements and students in a very short amount of time if something is not counting correctly!
