Charter Timeline & Application Materials

Each year new and returning LLCs are asked to submit a charter to the LLC Committee and the charters are reviewed by their peers, members of the Committee and the Office of Residence Life before a decision is made. These charters include a statement of purpose, member statements, and a schedule of proposed service/community engagement and educational programs for the coming year.

Charters are informed by a variety of forms and informational meetings to ensure the requirements of maintaining an annual LLC are clear. Any charters submitted that do not follow the timeline (beginning with the mandatory information sessions) may be disqualified and not considered for acceptance during the proposal process.
