Welcome to the Research Studio
Consulting Librarians collaborate with faculty in their departments on a variety of processes that support teaching and learning. These include considering the design of assignments for specific learning outcomes, working with students in the classroom or on an individual basis throughout all processes of information literacy, participating in collection development, and providing reference assistance.
Librarians work within different academic divisions. Librarian divisions for the 2016-17 school year are:

- Amy Gullen: Natural Sciences & Kinesiology
- Meghan Yamanishi: Social Sciences & History
Consulting Librarians are on campus between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Greg Cotton
Interim Director of the Russell D. Cole Library
Greg Cotton is the Consulting Librarian for the Visual Arts, which includes Art and Art History. Greg is also the Systems Librarian, and a master knitter.
Jen Rouse
Interim Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning
Jen Rouse is the Consulting Librarian for Performing Arts, Humanities, and Education. She is also an avid poet.
Amy Gullen
Consulting Librarian for Natural Sciences and Technology
Amy Gullen is the Consulting Librarian for Natural Sciences and Technology. She is an avid knitter and reader.
Meghan Yamanishi
Consulting Librarian for Social Sciences, History, and Archives
Meghan Yamanishi is the Consulting librarian for the Social Sciences and History, and currently serves as the College Archivist. Meghan has formerly worked in law, and is an enthusiastic reader.
