Premium Spaces in Thomas Commons

A select group of spaces in Thomas Commons must be reserved by request and processed the the Thomas Commons Coordinator, depending on availability and need. All other rooms can be booked directly via Skedda.

Ringer Dining Room (occupancy: 35)
Hedges (occupancy: 80)
Hall Perrine East & West (occupancy: 145)
Smith Dining Room (occupancy: 180)

Student groups need to fill out a room setups contract in addition to requesting reservations. Without a room contract student groups may not receive a confirmation for their room reservation.

Planning reminder: outside food is not allowed for events in Thomas Commons, and Bon Appetit catering should be contacted for an estimate as a part of your event planning if you plan to serve food or drink at your event.
