Terence's Eunuch 2009: Part 1

a man wearing  long, brown roman style dress, scolds a woman. the woman stands his her hand on her back looking unimpressed. she wears a statement necklace and a purple dress. next to them is another man, turning his back and his nose up at them. he wears a long, red tunic and a light blue sheet over his shoulder

Phaedria (Dan Walbridge) turning his back while Parmeno (Phil Gallagher) lectures Thais (Erin Daly): “I suppose you were so much in love with him that you locked him out of your house!”

two men seem to be in conversation with one another. one stands with his arms crossed looking at the other, he wears brown. the other man looks as though he's bowing very greatly or presenting a large object he wears blue and red. next to him, standing off a bit and looking down with her hands held in front of her, is a woman wearing brown. she, unlike the men, is barefoot.

Gnatho (Andrew Showalter) bringing Pamphila (Katey Barnhurst) to Thais' house: “Gnatho bestows the most cordial greetings on his own very good friend Parmeno.”

one man looks at another angrily, his hands in fists, he appears to be shouting. the other man stands there in front of an ornately painted door. above the door reads "VYYAMUS AT QUE AMEMUS." the first man wears brown and the guarding wears red and blue

“Are you still standing here Parmeno? It couldn’t be that you’ve been left here on guard!”

 a man in blue and red bends over backwards in laughter, a man in front of him, who appears to have made him laugh, smiles at him. he wears what is meant to look like a leather armor tank top and leather skirt, tucked into his belt is a dagger

Thraso (Chris Demro) tells the "Rhodian joke" to Gnatho (Andrew Showalter) while Parmeno (Phil Gallagher) listens in: “You’re very impertinent. Are you hunting for meat when you’re a hare yourself?”

a man presents two people, who stand with their heads down, to a woman wearing a purple dress. the two people are barefoot and wear a blue patterned, orange and red dresses. the man presenting wears brown. two men look on, one wearing blue and red and the other wearing "leather" armor who points with his thumb at one of the others while appearing to say something funny to the man standing next to him.

Parmeno brings gifts (Ben Thompson and April Johnson) for Thais. Thraso comments: “I wouldn’t mind that eunuch even when sober if need be.”

a woman wearing a purple dress smiles at something out of view, she holds the arm of a man wearing "leather" armor who is also smiling, but he looks directly ahead.

Thais (Erin Daly) to Thraso (Chris Demro): eamus.

a smiling man gestures to something out of view, he wears a long purple dress. nearby someone is slipping out of the door while being careful to keep an eye on the man.

Antipho (Brad Wright) not noticing as Chaerea (Ben Thompson) exits from Thais' house.

Chaerea (Ben Thompson): “Pro Iuppiter! No busy body asking me why I’m over the moon, why I’m so happy.”
