West Science Center
The Departments of Biology, Chemistry and Physics are located in the West
Science Center, which was completed in 1976. The ground floor of the building
was remodeled in 1999 and the Physics department moved from Law Hall in
June 1999.
In this building, in addition to offices and classrooms, the
Department of Physics has a nuclear physics laboratory, a machine shop,
an advanced physics laboratory with space for optics and holography work,
and student/faculty research laboratories.
