 Critical Thinking FY: As a result of participating in Residence Life, students will be able to identify concerns in their community and seek appropriate assistance. UC: As a result of participating in Residence Life, students will be able to analyze concerns in their community and practice solving issues independently.  
 Communication FY: As a result of participating in Residence Life, students will be able to communicate with others. UC: As a result of participating in Residence Life, students will be able to engage with others in productive discourse and dialogue.  
 Intercultural Literacy FY: As a result of participating in Residence Life, students will be able to recognize, understand and engage their own background, culture, values, and identity. UC: As a result of participating in Residence Life, students will be able to recognize, understand and engage diverse ideas with people from different backgrounds, cultures, values, and identities.  
 Ethical Behavior FY: As a result of participating in Residence Life, students will be able to describe their choices and the impact of their choices on others and themselves. UC: As a result of participating in Residence Life, students will be able to take ownership of their actions and actively engage in ethical behavior in their community.  
 Citizenship FY: As a result of participating in Residence Life, students will be able to actively work to maintain a community. UC: As a result of participating in Residence Life, students will be able to engage in leadership in order to benefit their community.  
 Vocation FY: As a result of participating in Residence Life, students will be aware of how to find internship opportunities, summer employment, and student leadership involvement on-campus. UC: As a result of participating in Residence Life, students will be aware of professional career options for post-graduation and how to connect and network to current professionals in their chosen career.  
 Well-being FY: As a result of participating in Residence Life, students will experience a variety of wellness opportunities. UC: As a result of participating in Residence Life, students will establish a wellness routine.
