Megan Altman
Assistant Professor of Philosophy
Teaches ethics, 19th and 20th century continental philosophy, Latin American philosophy, and feminist philosophy. Co-editor of "Horizons of Authenticity in Phenomenology, Existentialism, and Moral Psychology" (Springer, 2014). Currently developing a Heideggerian ethics of hope that explores different ways of reckoning with ethical issues that result from uprootedness, diaspora, forced existential isolation and loneliness, exile, and emigration.
Michael Mosier
Associate Professor of Spanish
Serves as program chair and teaches courses in Spanish language, literature, culture, and Latin American Studies, as well as off-campus classes in Mexico, Guatemala, and Argentina. Courses include Resistance and Revolution in the Caribbean, Identity and Alterity in Latin American Literature and Culture, Cuba: Collision of Cultures, and Introduction to Latin American Studies.
