Wellness Programs

GROUP FITNESS & WELLNESS PROGRAMS

The Intramural & Wellness Program offers many events throughout the year, including yoga, aerobics, martial arts, and dance mix classes. Activities offered differ every year and are subject to change. 

Currently

Open to all students, faculty, and staff! First-come, first-served. Classes will remain open until class starts, or until maximum capacity is met. 

  • Zumba (fitness program featuring movement inspired by various styles of Latin American dance) taught by Director of Health Promotions Marcia Sisk (days/times TBD). 
  • Deep Peace YOGA- A gental breath & energy centered practice. Includes singing Bowl Sound Healing. - Tuesdays 3:30-4:30 pm in the Small Athletic and Wellness Center (SAW). 
  • Martial Arts for Fitness Mondays 5-6pn at the SAW
  • Aerobics for Fitness  Wednesdays 5-6pm at the SAW

All participants must have a release and waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement on file (printable) and before participating in any Intramural or Wellness Activity. There is also an online option: release and waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement.
