Wellbeing contributes to your whole quality of life

What is wellbeing? Psychology today suggests "Well-being is the experience of health, happiness, and prosperity. It includes having good mental health, high life satisfaction, a sense of meaning or purpose, and the ability to manage stress.

The Ebersole Health and Wellbeing Center partners with other campus services to help you find the resources that contribute to your individual wellbeing goals.

Mindfulness and stress reduction

Mindfulness and stress reduction are at the forefront of finding wellbeing. Choose activities that help reduce stress, create healthy habits, and find spaces that prioritize purposeful living.

A place to support mindfulness and relaxation

We have dedicated spaces on campus where you can get away from your residence hall and spend some time alone or mingling with other like-minded students ready to take a break

Physical wellbeing

Whether you want to find opportunities for physical exercise, campus recreation, or working with an acute or ongoing health concern, offices across campus can assist in helping you to feel better.

Academic wellbeing

The academic rigor of the block plan can sometimes be a challenge for a particular course, or adjusting to the pace of the block. Use campus resources to find academic success

Relationship wellbeing
