Community and Belonging

Cornell College welcomes you home as you build community, get involved, find your friends, and become part of our global Ramily. Student identity groups forward our goals on equity and inclusion as they come together.

Through our work in the Constructive Dialogue Institute we are in discussion as a campus community in authentic and courageous conversations. Through a variety of topics we are speaking and listening to be understood while strengthening our relationships.
