Biographical Sketch
Scott Olinger is the Head of Design and Production for the Department of Theatre at Cornell College. Holding degrees from the University of Northern Iowa and Penn State University, his designs have been seen as near as Cedar Rapids and as far as Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Texas. Recent projects include lighting design for the world premiere of Strokes of Genius; Three Operas of Grant Wood, lighting and projection design for The Pitmen Painters at Wabash College, and lighting/projection design for Revival Theatre Company's 9 to 5. Scott has also worked as an associate designer on projects including DirecTV's Nick and Artie Show and the 2012 London iTunes Festival. He also served as the Best Boy/Programmer for DirecTV's weeklong live broadcasts of the Dan Pattrick Show from New Orleans Superbowl 2013.
