Student Life
The division of student life is where you will find the resources and services that help you navigate campus both physically and in the sense of finding resources, making connections, and getting the most of your life as a student at Cornell College. Welcome!
Student Handbook: The Compass Student Life Staff Residence Life Policies
Living on Campus
Living on a residential campus, you'll find all the necessities for daily life available to you on campus from where you'll make your new home to the details about how to get connected to wi-fi and pick up your mail and packages.
Health & Wellness
A big part of adulting is learning how to care for your physical and mental health, find a balance between studies and relaxation, and learning how to advocate for yourself. We have campus resources to support those actions and help you build lifelong habits of self care and sufficiency.
Student Activities
There is always something to do on campus, it's up to you how you want to get involved. Will you keep up with activities you've done before? Will you stretch yourself to meet new people, try new things, and expand your global awareness? Maybe you'll find your balance with some of both. Take time to explore the options.
Money Matters
Another part of adulting? Paying the bills and funding the lifestyle that you want to live. Here's the information you need to stay up to date on paying your college tution, housing, and meal plans as well as funding your out of pocket expenses.
Safety & Conflict Resolution
Safety is a group effort--you're in charge of watching out for your personal safety, and contributing to a safe environment for the people living and working around you on campus. From time to time, conflict will happen, and having the skills to resolve conflict peacefully and thoughtfully will serve you well throughout your life. And, did you know that Cornell students volunteer as firefighters and EMTs for the city?
