Student Information Sharing - Parent Login
Authorized users may log in to access student records, financial aid information, and billing statements. Access to student information is regulated by each student through Student Information Sharing. If you are unable to access your student’s records, you will need to work directly with the student to gain access. Resource: Parent Authorization for Student Information (pdf)

Privacy of student records
Cornell College, in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 as amended, protects the confidentiality of student records and the individual student's right to privacy. Cornell's definition of student status can be found in the College Catalogue, and a detailed explanation of record confidentiality can be found in student handbook, The Compass. Rights and responsibilities that depend on enrollment status may be found in the policies of the relevant departments (Residence Life, IT, etc.)
Cornell recognizes that the student has a right to expect that information accumulated for the purpose of facilitating their education will not be used for other purposes without their consent. According to FERPA, all students - regardless of their age - have the legal right to authorize or deauthorize the release of information to individuals or agencies outside the College. At Cornell, these relationships are managed through Authorized Individuals in Student Information Sharing.
