Thomas Commons is located in the center of campus and the Information Desk is easy to find on the top level off the Ped Mall. Thomas Commons & info desk services
You'll find yourself in Thomas Commons ofte—we all meet up for meals here and packages and mail are delivered here. This is where you'll find the Campus Bookstore, Admissions Welcome Center, Berry Career Institute, Office of Student Life, PAAC and KRNL radio. There are student activities going on all the time and both the foyer and the back room of Zamora's are great places to meet friends or hang out. Plus you might have class here, or schedule a room for group meetings or study sessions.
Reservations
You can reserve rooms across campus online through our room reservation system, Skedda. There are a small group of spaces that require pre-approval for rental because they require additional coordination including Ringer Dining Room, Smith Dining Room, Hall-Perrine East and West, and Hedges; you will need to complete a form to request a reservation for those spaces. If you're traveling on college business you can also request a Budget Rental Car reservation online.
Spaces in Thomas Commons are also available to rent for alumni and outside organizations when not in use for college functions.
