Hometown: Cedar Rapids, IA

About me: I graduated from Mount Mercy University with a degree in elementary education. While at Mount Mercy, I was heavily involved on campus as an admissions work-study, a student ambassador, and a member of the women's track and field team. I taught 5th grade for three years before finding my way to higher education and admissions! During my free time, I can be found playing pickleball or sand volleyball, golfing, reading, or watching a show.

One place I recommend students visit on campus: Russell Science Center! Even if you don't have any classes there, the top floor features a nice, quiet study spot with an amazing view of Mount Vernon.

What I can do for you: My goal for any prospective student is to ease the transition from high school to college. There is so much to consider when deciding your "second home" for the next few years. It is so important that you find a college that is best for you! I'll be your go-to person to help answer any questions you have about Cornell College or your college search, so please don't hesitate to reach out.
