New Student Orientation for Fall 2025

Welcome new students!

Your first year on campus is filled with new faces, places, schedules, and more. To help you have the best experience during the first year, Cornell College offers a wide variety of programs, services, and experiences designed especially for new students.

For students beginning in the fall, New Student Orientation (NSO) will help make a strong foundation to the rest of your college career. We assure you that by participating fully in NSO you will gain knowledge about the academic and co-curricular aspects of the college, meet new friends, and learn about numerous support systems to help you enjoy a successful first year at Cornell.

We look forward to meeting you and learning more about you in August!

Getting to know your Ramily

In August you will be introduced to your flock leaders who will be with you throughout NSO to help you adjust to Cornell, and your flock of other Rams will become your first micro-community on campus. Did you know Cornell has a hype song? (You aren't expected to memorize it, but we thought you might have fun getting familiar with it.)
