Why Support Cornell?

A message from Peter Wilch '94,
Vice President for Alumni & College Advancement

Since Elder Bowman founded the school in 1853, Cornell College has been committed to seeking for our students and graduates a life of intellectual endeavor, spiritual insight, and public service.  Today we endeavor to attain these goals by creating extraordinary opportunities in the classroom, on campus, and around the world

As graduates will attest the Cornell College experience is transformative, but at this moment we are striving to be even better.  The extraordinary opportunities Cornell provides require a dedicated faculty, a talented student body and facilities that sustain a strong sense of community.

A gift to Cornell College is a gift to benefit not only the Hilltop of today, but future generations of Cornellians who will transform the world.  Cornell continues to be a vital institution thanks in large part to the past and ongoing financial support we have received from alumni and friends; and for this we are grateful.

We encourage you to help Cornell College do the best it can do by providing philanthropic support.  We are an institution that is cognizant of its rich history and committed to achieving an even brighter future for our students, faculty and alumni; I hope you will accept the challenge and ensure Cornell College's future.
