On a yearly basis all students agree to the Clubs & Orgs Waiver by logging onto Community. This waiver is for involvement in student activities on campus.

Individuals participating in Club Sports must yearly sign an additional waiver due to the high risk nature of regularly occurring activities. All signed waivers must be stored on Community. Any organization not in compliance with this expectation will be deactivated from Community

Organizations or clubs that with be traveling off campus must also complete the Student Activities Travel Plan and Trip Waiver.

Groups interested in creating an additional waiver for any high risk events should contact the Director of Student Activities.
