About Your Residence Hall

Regardless of whether you were assigned to your first choice residence hall or (argh!) your last choice, your experiences living in the residence halls will shape your life for many years to come. After all, buildings are simply masonry and wood with a few pipes and electrical wires thrown in for good measure. It's what you choose to do in your new home that's important.

In commenting on architecture, Winston Churchill once said:

We shape our buildings; thereafter they shape us.

Be sure to take advantage of the many opportunities you are afforded by living on a residential campus that is rich in history and alive with creativity.
