Eligibility
All students returning to Cornell for the 2009-2010 academic year are eligible to sign up for housing in Clock Tower Hall, New Hall, and 10th Avenue Apartments. Apartment and suite-style living offer more independent living options for students and require a high level of maturity. Therefore, these options are not made available to students whose disciplinary records indicate they are not ready for this arrangement. Generally, this means no conduct violations for the past year.

This year, because of space availability, students on trips Blocks 1 and 2 will be allowed to participate in Room Selection.  Students choosing a room will be responsible for room charges even if they have not moved in.

Students on trips first semester should not participate in any Room Selection activities.  They will be assigned housing prior to their second semester return.
