Reserving the McClennan Center

Priority for the McLennan Center goes to block-long Cornell courses. The center may also be reserved by the night, week or month for field trips or private use, according to the policies and rates shown below.

Reservation Policies

Cornell Courses
Each November, faculty may apply to teach a course at the McLennan Center for the following year.

Cornell Field Trips
During blocks when the McLennan Center is not fully occupied, faculty may apply for the use of one or more apartment units. Requests must be made prior to the start of block, per Cornell's normal policies for course scheduling.

Private Use
During blocks or breaks when the McLennan Center is not fully occupied, individuals or groups may apply for the use of one or more apartment units. Reservations for private use during periods when Cornell is in session will not be accepted until the beginning of the current block.
