Reaccreditation 2012 Committee

The Reaccreditation 2012 Committee was appointed in 2007 by President Garner to lead the College's efforts in assuring reaccreditation by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) of the North Central Association of Schools and Colleges (NCA). The Committee is charged with:

• making clear the needs/requirements of reaccreditation (through work with the HLC);
• designing the self-study for the College;
• working with academic departments and divisions of the College to complete the self-study process;
• assisting in the conceptualization and development of the self-study report;
• coordinating campus review of the draft report (addressing missing items and making necessary changes);
• coordinating the campus reaccreditation visit from the HLC.

The Reaccreditation 2012 Committee is co-chaired by Dianne Timm, Director of Student Life, and Tony Plaut, Professor and Chair of the Department of Art and Art History. Questions about the committee or reaccreditation should be directed to Dianne or Tony.
