Connecting a console to the Internet

Please fill out this form to register your console on the network.

To Find the MAC Address on a PS4

1. On the XMB, arrow up to the very top until you see the XMB Menus.

2. Scroll over to the right to Settings.  Go down to Network.

3. Then down to View Connection Status.

4. From this area, we can get the Ethernet MAC Address.



To Find the MAC Address on an Xbox One:

1. Go to Xbox Settings on the Xbox Dashboard.

2. Click Network Settings.

3. From the Additional Settings tab, then select Alternate Mac Address.

4. At the bottom of this screen you'll see a heading called Wired MAC Address.



To Find the MAC Address on an Xbox 360 Console (New Xbox Experience):

1. Go to My Xbox in the Xbox Dashboard and select System Settings.

2. Click Network SettingsConfigure Network.

3. Select Advanced Settings from the Additional Settings tab, then select Alternate Mac Address.

4. At the bottom of this screen you'll see a heading called Wired MAC Address.


Nintendo Wii / Nintendo WiiU

Nintendo Wii systems will require the purchase of a wired Ethernet adapter for connectivity but do not require submission of this form.  It is not possible to use these devices with our wireless network.
