Remote Access

The office of Information Technology has a new remote access method for Faculty and Staff to access Cornell College technology resources from remote locations.  This technology is only supported in a Microsoft Windows environment.  If you have a Mac, you will need to run Parallels or some other virtualization software to run a copy of Microsoft Windows.

In order to have this technology run on your Windows computer, it will need to have the following service pack installed.  For Windows Vista, Service Pack 1 will be needed. To check if your computer meets this requirement: Right-Click My Computer, select Properties, under System: it should tell you what service pack you have installed.
