Printing with Windows XP, Vista, and 7

Network printers are available for your use in many locations on campus. In order to access a network printer you will need to install it on your computer. Directions for installation are as follows:

• Select the Start button
• Select Run
• In the Open field enter \\print1 and click on OK. This will open a window listing all of the network printers on campus
• Double click on the printer that you wish to install
• Select OK when asked if you wish to install the printer
• Close window, repeat if needed
