Associate Director of Development

Applications are being accepted for the position of Associate Director of Development. This position is responsible for face-to-face contacts in geographic regions as assigned in order to secure gifts, pledges and planned gift commitments to forward the college’s priorities.  Duties include managing a portfolio of approximately 200 prospects, and donors believed to have the capacity to give significant gifts to the college.  Extensive travel required, with 50-60% of work schedule spent traveling within the assigned region.  The Associate Director reports to the Director of Leadership Giving.

Qualifications: Bachelors required, and three years of related experience.  Face-to-face fundraising or relevant sales experience preferred.
