Admission Representative or Assistant Director of Admission
Applications are being accepted for the position of Admission Representative or Assistant Director of Admission. This position represents the College in providing admission counseling and the sharing of College information to prospective students and parents. Will manage a recruitment territory, conduct student interviews on and off-campus, visit high schools, make group presentations about the College, attend college fairs, and assist in all activities related to the admission and enrollment of prospective domestic and international students. Additionally, will analyze, review, and make recommendations on student admission and scholarship applications, organize and coordinate alumni support teams, review and analyze data for planning purposes and participate in the development of the College’s marketing and recruitment plan. The Admission Representative or Assistant Director of Admission reports to the Director of Admission.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, preferably from a private liberal arts college. Work experience in a related field is preferred but not required. An interest in and understanding of international cultures and educational systems is preferred. Title will be commensurate with professional experience in the field of college admission. Have ability to enthusiastically promote the value of a Cornell College liberal arts education to students, their families, and persons and organizations of influence. Must have valid driver’s license and be insurable to drive to and from high schools and college program.
