|Description:||This position will involve configuration, repair and delivery of new and reassigned PC and Macintosh systems. Completes basic trouble shooting tasks such as hardware and software problem diagnosis, PC repairs, and software installation. Assists with setup for new workstations. Assists with the upgrade of campus technology classrooms and labs. Answer helpdesk phone as needed. Must have sufficient manual dexterity to handle tools and manipulate small parts, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Assists with phone system deployment.|
