Cornell College offers an employee assistance program (EAP) through Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids for employees and immediate family members. The program includes unlimited annual counseling services for yourself and/or family members.

Benefit-eligible employees are eligible the date of hire. No need to complete an enrollment form – employees are automatically enrolled upon hire.
