The mission of the Cornell College Human Resources Office is to enhance human resource management by developing and implementing programs and services to meet the needs of the College and its employees. Cornell is committed to attracting, selecting, retaining, and developing a quality workforce in a positive work environment.

The Human Resources Office is responsible for recruitment and employment, benefits, compensation and payroll, employee relations, retention, exit interviews, compliance with employment law, policies, affirmative action, employee rental housing, and Brackett House Bed and Breakfast.
