Policies for Admission of International Students and Praxis I

International students applying for admission to Cornell College's Teacher Education Program must meet the following requirements:

• A TOFL score of 500 or above
• Grades of B or above in the ESL courses AND a statement of support from the professor
• Successful completion of Praxis I exams with the following minimum scores:
  Reading 170
  Writing 170
  Mathematics 170
  
  The international student must be recommended by her/his advisor for these accommodations and must meet all other standards for admission to the Teacher Education Program.
