Make an Appointment

The Counseling Center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with extended hours available Tuesday.  Appointments are preferred; walk-ins are on a space available basis and are generally not available.  Call 895-4292, or stop by the front desk at Ebersole, to make an appointment.

50-Minute Sessions

Counseling sessions are generally about 50 minutes in length. Please allow for this amount of time when you call to make an appointment. For your initial visit, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete brief paperwork.

Email and Confidentiality

Please note that the Counseling Center does not consider contact via e-mail as confidential communication. Additionally, staff members may not check e-mail with regularity or frequency. You are welcome to e-mail staff members with questions about our services or comments about our web page at counseling@cornellcollege.edu. However, be advised that your communication might not receive a timely response. For the most timely and confidential communication, or to schedule an appointment, please call the Counseling Center at 895-4292.
