Black Fellow in International Policy

Global Zero; Washington D. C.

Aims of the Fellowship
My work at Global Zero will demand a mastery of nuclear weapons policy, I hope to do this as well as expand my understanding of the broader national security world and issue set. I want to learn about specific laws, their impacts, and the different agendas and interests at play. I am interested in learning from GZ’s example how a grassroots campaign can influence policy and public opinion. I hope to learn from the exposure to a professional environment. Also with plans to work in DC on national security issues I am very aware of the opportunity I have for professional networking here, and I’m going to aggressively pursue that as well.
