FELLOWSHIP REFLECTIONS

Major: Philosophy
Minor: Political Thought
Hometown: Mt. Vernon, OH

My fellowship experience:
The biggest thing that I have learned about the professional work environment at the Public Defender Service is the importance of networking and meeting new people. First of all, in any workplace it is important to get to know your co-workers and to get along with them since you will be spending a lot of time with them. Not only that, but you can learn a lot about a field that you are interested in by talking to the professionals in it.
