My fellowship experience:

On several occasions this summer I had the chance to talk to graduate, M.D./Ph.D., and medical students which helped to narrow down my future goals. These conversations reaffirmed my desire to attend medical school, not to conduct research, but to practice medicine. This fellowship provided me with an amazing experience exploring what it means to do research but made it clear to me that I would prefer the excitement that comes with a career in emergency medicine, which is something that I am passionate about.
