Aims of the Fellowship
The project on which I worked is based upon William Mellor’s The Dirty Dozen. My goal was to find and summarize the “dirty
dozen” for the state of Minnesota. My job was to do the initial research for
the project by reading through cases and trying to find the worst cases decided
by the Minnesota Supreme Court.
