Aims of the Fellowship
During this internship, I had many responsibilities. The
most important responsibility was handling incoming phone calls for the MVP
line. The MVP line is utilized only by full season ticket holders. Full season
ticket holders use this line to order tickets, make changes to their account,
and to ask questions or concerns they may have.
