Aims of the Fellowship
I worked with the Cedar Rapids Fifteen in Five Trails Initiative. The goal of this initiative is to connect and expand Linn County trails and connecting twelve new trails to the existing six. For the Cornell Fellowship, my main goals were to research trail activity in Mount Vernon, perform research regarding trail funding, and identify any county plans to construct trails outside the Regional Planning Commission's planning boundary.
