Aims of the Fellowship
Unlike other internships that I had done previously which involved mundane tasks such as making copies and answering phones, Target puts a lot of value and responsibility into its interns and the projects assigned are challenging, interesting, and useful.  My project involved assisting the merchant teams in determining the most profitable key items for the fall and holiday season of 2006.
