Chautauqua
Cornell Chautauqua offers several four-week, non-credit courses each academic year for persons over 50. Courses meet once a week from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. There is a nominal fee for each course. Continuing education units are awarded for attendance at all class sessions. Transportation is available for residents in the Mount Vernon-Lisbon area.
Pre-registration is not necessary except for transportation reservations. Information about upcoming Chautauqua courses and other special events is published in the Chautauqua Newsletter and mailed free to anyone requesting this service from the Office of Continuing Education.
