For the 2012-2013 Academic Year

For hours worked in August, your timecard is due on Monday, September 3. Your earnings will be in your bank account on Monday, September 17.

For hours worked in September, your timecard is due on Wednesday, October 3. Your earnings will be in your bank account on Monday, October 15.

For hours worked in October, your timecard is due on Monday, November 5. Your earnings will be in your bank account on Thursday, November 15.

For hours worked in November, your timecard is due on Monday, December 3. Your earnings will be in your bank account on Monday, December 17.

For hours worked in December, your timecard is due on Wednesday, December 19. Your earnings will be in your bank account on Tuesday, January 15.

For hours worked in January, your timecard is due on Monday, February 4. Your earnings will be in your bank account on Friday, February 15.

For hours worked in February, your timecard is due on Monday, March 4. Your earnings will be in your bank account on Friday, March 15.

For hours worked in March, your timecard is due on Wednesday, April 3. Your earnings will be in your bank account on Monday, April 15.

For hours worked in April, your timecard is due on Friday, May 3. Your earnings will be in your bank account on Wednesday, May 15.

For hours worked in May, your timecard is due before you leave campus for summer break. Your earnings will be in your bank account on Monday, May 20.
