Narpus Concolor

N is for Narpus Concolor. The Narpus Concolor is the Latin name for a Drive Beetle or a Riffle Beetle. Most Narpus Concolors like to make their home in cold, rapid streams. Due to the abundance of streams in the Mountains, you can often find a Narpus Concolor either in the water or on the shore of a cold stream. They feed off of plants, and lay eggs to produce offspring.
