The baby dragonfly is one who does not resemble its parents. This baby is born in the water and lives there until it grows wings and is ready to fly. The Harlequin Cabbage Bug, on the other hand, resembles its parents. As it grows older it will change the tent of its red color and become a rounder shaped insect.
