Rams prepare for Iowa Conference Championships Sept. 25-26

Coming up - Friday-Saturday, Sept. 25-26, at Iowa Conference Championships (Rounds 1-2), Cedar Falls, Pheasant Ridge Golf Course, 10 a.m.; Friday-Saturday, Oct. 2-3, at Iowa Conference Championships (Rounds 3-4), Decorah, Oneota Golf Course, 10 a.m.

Ram rewind - Cornell was left short-handed in the St. Ambrose Fighting Bee Classic, having only one player complete the two-day tournament held Saturday at Glynns Creek Golf Course in Parkview and Sunday at Emeis Golf Course in Davenport.

Sophomore Nicole Thompson (Arden Hills, Minn./Irondale) carded her lowest 18-hole rounds of the season, opening with a 108 and finishing with a 109. She placed 54th overall with a 217.

Na Ra Pak (Richmond, Calif./Albany) fired a 91 in the first round, before withdrawing on the second day. Malloy Kerley (Fort Davis, Texas/Fort Davis) withdrew on Day 1 and came in with a 107 in the second round.
