Cornell College High School Team Camps

Facilities
Games will be played at Cornell College in the Small Multi-Sport Center on five basketball courts with clocks, scorekeepers and officials provided.  
The down stairs Arena had a new surface installed in July of 2007.

Location
Last year we had teams from Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin.
We are a one hour drive from both state lines.

Housing is not provided. We have negotiated a special rate at the Sleep Inn in Mount Vernon.

Cornell College Head Men's Coach Mike DeGeorge Camp Director

In five seasons at the helm of the Rams program, DeGeorge has led a rebuilding project that resulted in a school record for wins in the 2008-09 season and the best finish in school history in the IIAC. DeGeorge previously served as the head coach at Eureka College, where he guided the Red Devils to 17 wins in 2003-04 season.  DeGeorge had assistant coaching stints at Grinnell College (IA), Lawrence University (WI), Beloit College (WI) and Marmion Academy (IL). 

DeGeorge earned his bachelor's degree from Monmouth College (IL) in 1992 and his master's degree from Viterbo College (WI) in 1997. Coach DeGeorge's camp experience is extensive, as he has coached and administered basketball camps in three states over the last 17 years.
