Art Interest Group gives students an opportunity to get involved in art related projects on campus as well as off campus.

This year we have a variety of plans including:

  • Art-film showings
  • Holiday card fundraiser
  • Trip to Chicago to visit various galleries and museums
  • Cedar Rapids Area College Student Invitational Show
  • Student shows in Harlan House and the McWethy 4th Floor Lounge

Students also have the opportunity to present their papers from Art History classes or their senior thesis papers at Cornell's Annual Student Symposium. The webmaster is currently compiling an archive of the previous papers the Art Department has sponsored at the Student Symposium.
